On the afternoon of June 22, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation between Chang'an University‘s School of Transportation Engineering and CDIC was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Hongyuan Building. A total of 18 people attended the signing ceremony: Tian Xinmin (Party Secretary), Yuan Changwei (Dean), Li Ting (Deputy Party Secretary), Li Yan (College Specialist) from School of Transportation Engineering; Wang Hainian (Party Secretary and Dean), Yao Yiliang (Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Dean), Bai Qiang (Deputy Dean) and heads of related departments from CDIC. Wang Hainian expressed his gratitude to the School of Transportation Engineering for its strong support to CDIC in the process of talent cultivation. He pointed out that the establishment of a long-term and friendly strategic cooperative relationship between the two colleges will help promote the communications between students of the two colleges. Moreover, it will actively promote the exploration and experience sharing of Sino-foreign cooperation education. He hoped to use this cooperation as a platform to exchange and learn from other colleges about the talent cultivation system. Two colleges could jointly and steadily promote the innovation and internationalization of the talent cultivation model of Sino-foreign cooperative education and its core curriculum setting.
Tian Xinmin expressed his heartfelt gratitude to CDIC for its warm reception and strong support, and fully affirmed CDIC's efforts in talent cultivation, teaching allocation and improvement of the international teaching environment. He said that the School of Transportation Engineering had made full preparations for this signing. He hopes that the joint efforts of both parties can create a good talent cultivation mode for the colleges and promote the cultivation of international talent in the transportation field.
Subsequently, Yuan Changwei and Wang Hainian signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

During the discussion and exchange session, the two parties had a full discussion on the problems encountered in the talent cultivation plan, education and teaching reform, teacher team strengthening, student interaction, distinctive resource sharing, etc. and future cooperation plans.
Yuan Changwei pointed out that the School of Transportation Engineering has extremely high expectations for this cooperation. This signing ceremony is the beginning of the joint cultivation of transportation professionals between the two colleges. It is hoped that both parties will take this signing as an opportunity to give full play to their advantages, continue to strengthen team cooperation in multiple fields, and improve talent cultivation and the level of international education.
Yao Yiliang and Bai Qiang expressed the hope that both parties will improve the innovation of talent cultivation for Sino-foreign cooperative education and enhance students' sense of belonging by strengthening the communication between the students of both parties. At the same time, the two colleges still have a vast space of cooperation in areas such as student contests, postgraduate entrance examinations, studying abroad, and employment.
