In order to further strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and consolidate and expand the job market, on the morning of September 14th, Wang Hainian, Secretary of the Party Branch and Dean of CDIC, and his entourage visited China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) for a survey on the job market. Sun Xiangchun, member of the Party Committee, Assistant to the General Manager and General Manager of the Human Resources (Party Committee Cadres) Department of CCECC, and heads of related departments attended the meeting.

Sun Xiangchun extended a warm welcome to the visit of the delegation from CDIC. He briefly introduced the development history and basic situation of CCECC, and fully affirmed CDIC's idea of cultivating international talents. Sun Xiangchun mentioned that in the context of the Belt and Road strategy, the talent training model for Sino-foreign cooperative education is one of the important measures to serve the overall situation of the country in the field of education. It is hoped that the college students can establish the employment concept of overseas development, go abroad and go to the world, and give full play to their professional and language advantages to help the construction of national infrastructure along the “Belt and Road”.
Wang Hainian expressed his gratitude to CCECC for its warm reception and briefly introduced the expected employment situation of the first graduates of CDIC. He said that the original intention of the college's Sino-foreign cooperative education talent training model is to serve the overseas business expansion of Chinese enterprises and promote the international development of China's transportation industry. CDIC has always been committed to cultivating high-quality talents with broad international vision, complex engineering problem solving capabilities and global competence in the field of transportation engineering. Wang Hainian hopes that CDIC and CCECC can establish cooperation in career planning, professional lectures, and international engineering internships, continuously improve the quality of international talent training, and send more high-quality talents to Chinese foreign-related transportation companies.
