Dean of NWU-Salento School of Cultural Heritage and Arts at Northwest University and his team came to CDIC for investigation

On the morning of July 2nd, Wen Rui, Dean of NWU-Salento School of Cultural Heritage and Arts at Northwest University (also named Anlai College), Wang Jiangpeng, Associate Dean of the School of Art, and other members of the preparatory working group of the college visited the CDIC to conduct inspections and investigations on the related work of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.


Wang Hainian, secretary and dean of the general party branch of the college, Yao Yiliang, deputy secretary and deputy dean of the general party branch, Bai Qiang, deputy dean, and heads of various departments attended the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Wang Hainian.

Wang Hainian extended a warm welcome to Wen Rui and his entourage, and gave an overall introduction to the college. Bai Qiang introduced the college's Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in detail from the college's establishment background, major settings, enrollment status, management team and institutions, and teaching operation and guarantee mechanism. Yao Yiliang gave a supplementary explanation on the college's party building work, student management, and administrative team building.


Wen Rui expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the college for the warm reception and introduced the difficulties and challenges faced by Anlai College in the early days of its establishment in terms of major settings, college characteristics, student training models, and enrollment status.


Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions’ administrative operation and management, the innovation of party building and ideological and political education activities, teacher management and teaching organization, student training, and distinctive student activities. At the same time, they responded patiently to the questions raised by the representatives of Anlai College and actively exchanged useful experiences.


Finally, Wang Hainian said that the college faced many difficulties and pressures at the beginning of its establishment, so it required all staff to work together, bravely undertake, boldly innovate, and actively participate in all aspects of the college’s talent training.He hopes that the two sides will strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the future work and jointly promote the development of domestic Sino-foreign cooperative education.
