In order to cooperate with the International Department of the Ministry of Education to further strengthen the standardized management of Sino-foreign cooperationeducation, and to do a good job in the registration of full-caliber students in Sino-foreign cooperation at or above undergraduate level, the Service Center for Overseas Studies of the Ministry of Education held aStudent Registration System Training Conference by live broadcast at 14:00-15:30 pm on September 28, 2020. All members of the Educational Administration Office of CDIC attendedthismeeting.

First of all, Wang Yiwei, Director of the Academic Degree Certification Department of the Study Abroad Service Center, made a brief statement on this year’s new policies and new ideas, and emphasized that all Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions should pay attention to the problems encountered in the use ofthesystem.

Subsequently, Wang Jingyao, deputy director of the Foreign-related Schools and Supervision Division of the International Department, interpreted the relevant policies of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and introduced corresponding measures during the pandemic to all Sino-foreign cooperative education projectsandinstitutions.

Next, Gao Qiong, deputy director of the Second Division of Academic Degree Certification of the Service Center for Overseas Studies, briefly introduced the key points of the new system function update and answered somerelatedquestions.

Finally, Zhao Siqi, the registration system administrator of the Second Division of Academic Degree Certification of the Study Abroad Service Center, focused on the optimization of the new version of the registration system and demonstrated the overall operation process of the new registration systemforstudents.

Through this study, the Educational Administration Office of CDIC has a better understanding of the operation of the new version of the registration system. The registration of the degree of Sino-foreign cooperation is an important task. This work provided policy and system guarantee for the overseas academic qualification certification of Sino-foreign cooperative studentsaftergraduation.
