On the morning of June 23, 15 persons from the International Cooperation and Exchange Department, Planning and Finance Department of Northwest A & F University and relevant directors of other colleges visited CDIC to conduct research and exchange on the international development strategy of Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions in the post-epidemic era, the introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources, and the successful experience and practices of Chinese-foreign cooperative education management.
The research team of Northwest A&F University first visited the premises and facilities of CDIC after their arrival. Afterwards, the two sides organized a symposium in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of the college. DeanWang Hainian, Deputy DeanYao Yiliang, Deputy Dean Bai Qiang, heads of various departments and relevant personnel of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange of CHD attended the discussion.
Meeting Scene
Wang Hainian warmly welcomed the research team and made a detailed introduction to the basic situation of Sino-foreign cooperative education in CDICfrom the aspects of general situation, specialty setting, teaching resources, teaching operation, talent training and student development. He expressed the hope that the two sides will strengthen ties in future work and conduct all-round exchanges and discussions on issues related to Sino-foreign cooperative education, so as to further explore ideas and innovative measures. At the same time, he wished Northwest A&F University a smooth application of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run institutions and projects. The two universities will seize opportunities to reform and innovate in promoting people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries, cultivating high-level talents and introducing high-quality educational resources, and continue to achieve gratifying achievements.
Wang Hainian Introducing the Situation of CDIC
Zou Yufeng, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of Northwest A & F University, expressed his sincere thanks for the careful preparation and warm reception of CDIC. He explained the current development status and challenges of the existing Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects in Northwest A & F University from the aspects of school planning, specialty setting, characteristic training and institution application.
During the symposium, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the working ideas and methods of Sino-foreign cooperative education training program, curriculum setting, scientific research cooperation, teacher construction and so on. The leadership of CDIC and the heads of relevant departments answered the questions raised by the participants one by one and actively exchanged useful experience.
