Zhang Yanping, Deputy Secretary of CDIC's General Party Branch, He Yanfei, Vice Dean, and Hao Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, participated in the event.

Closely centered around the theme of cultivating global competence talents in Sino-foreign cooperative education, the forum invited senior experts in the field of Sino-foreign cooperative education in China, including Chao Qiuling, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Mei Hancheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Suzhou Campus of Southeast University, Luo Qing, Director of the International Development Center of Tianjin University, and Wu Wenying, Dean of Beijing-Dublin International College (BDIC), to deliver special lectures.
