Wang Hainian, professor, doctoral supervisor, secretary and dean of the Party branch of CDIC. He received a doctorate in engineering from Chang'an University, post-doctoral research experience at Southeast University, and visiting scholar experience at Michigan Technological University in the United States.He served as the chairman of the Department of Highway Studies at the World Transport Conference (WTC), the head of the Demonstration Base for Innovative Talents Cultivation in the Transportation Industry, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Transportation College Working Committee of the China Institute of Highways, the head of the Shaanxi Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Pilot College.He was selected as TheLeading talent in scientific and technological innovation, National Highway Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker by China Highway Society and Advanced Individual in Teaching Management Work in Shaanxi Province. He has close contact and cooperation with universities and research institutions in Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

He has successively won 6 provincial and ministerial awards, including the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Special Prize, the First Prize of the China Highway Society Science and Technology Progress Award, the Shaanxi Provincial Education and Teaching Achievement Special Award, and the First Prize.He has engaged in research in the fields ofinvention and protection technologies of long-lasting green highway materials, theories and technologies of building highway in special areas, high way test and asset management. He has presided over 7 National Natural Science Foundation youth projects, general projects, international cooperation and exchange projects. There are more than 10 other national-level provincial and ministerial projects, and 3 teaching reform projects including the first batch of national-level new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 160 academic papers and 2 academic monographs, and obtained 24 national patent authorizations.
