On September 29, 2021, CDIC held the 2021 enrollment promotion summary meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor of Hongyuan Teaching Building. Wang Hainian, Secretary of the Party Branch and Dean of CDIC, Yao Yiliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Dean of CDIC, Bai Qiang, Deputy Dean of CDIC, and all faculty and staff attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yao Yiliang.

First of all, Sun Shiqiang, director of the Office of Student Affairs, made a summary report on CDIC's 2021 enrollment promotion. He reviewed the work in three aspects: student enrollment in 2021, enrollment promotion work, and experience summary. Immediately afterwards, he made plans and arrangements for the enrollment publicity work for the new school year.

Wang Hainian fully affirmed the achievements of the enrollment publicity work in 2021. He emphasized that the quality of students is an important reference for showing the strength and social reputation of schools and colleges, as well as an important manifestation of the effectiveness of talent training. He asked the whole college to attach great importance to it, take it seriously, further strengthen the system of enrollment publicity, and make highlights and features of daily work, so as to enhance the quality of recruitment publicity. He hopes that all faculty and staff will unify their thinking, concentrate their efforts, plan ahead, and do their best to promote the enrollment in 2022 and further improve the quality of the college.

During the exchange and discussion session, Yao Yiliang, Bai Qiang and the faculty members of the college deeply analyzed the experience of this year’s enrollment and publicity work from the perspectives of organization and planning, time arrangement, target placement, enrollment strategy, team building, publicity materials, and hardware facilities with their specific work, and proposed targeted improvement measures.

Under the overall arrangement of the college leadership and the concerted efforts of the faculty and staff of the college, the enrollment and publicity work for 2021 was successfully completed and achieved good results. Among the 18 provinces where the college has launched an enrollment plan, 15 provinces have seen a significant increase in their admission rankings. Among them, Sichuan Province has increased by more than 20,000 places, Henan Province has increased by more than 16,000 places, and Chongqing has increased by more than 10,000 places. The college will continue to adhere to the work concept of normalizing enrollment publicity work, continuously improve the organization, planning and implementation of enrollment publicity work, and steadily improve the quality of enrolled students.
