With the sound of cicadas, the heat wave has arrived. On July 20, Wang Hainian, secretary of the Party Branch and Dean of CDIC, and Yao Yiliang, deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Dean of CDIC, led a team to visit the student apartment and convey greetings to 52 students of the class of 2018 who stayed in the college during the summer vacation, and expressed their concern for the students.

During the visit, the leaders of CDIC offered fruits, drinks and other summer food to the students and had a cordial discussion with them.

On behalf of the college, Wang Hainian expressed his greetings and concern to the students, fully affirmed their fighting spirit of braving the hot summer, preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination and devoting themselves to academic work. He encouraged the students to arrange their vacation time reasonably and make preparations for further study and employment in advance.

Yao Yiliang urged the students to firmly establish a sense of safety during their stay at the college, maintain daily contact with their parents, communicate with the counselor in time when encountering difficulties, and make full use of the precious summer time to improve themselves.

The representatives of students who stayed in the college expressed their gratitude to the college for the warm care. Combined with their actual situation, they introduced the study arrangements and living conditions during their stay at the college one by one, and exchanged with the teachers about their further study and career planning idea. The students all expressed that they will live up to the ardent hopes of the teachers and will devote more enthusiasm to their studies.
