On the afternoon of July 23, 2021, the closing ceremony and presentation performance was held in the auditorium of Chang'an Culture and Art Center on the North Campus. Relevant persons in charge of Chang'an University Development Planning Office, Academic Affairs Office, International Cooperation and Exchange Office, School Youth League Committee, and Automobile College were invited to attend. The leaders of the college, faculty, all foreign teachers and volunteers of the summer camp, and 2019 and 2020 students participated in the ceremony.

Jiang Zaiwen, director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony. He said that the immersive English summer camp organized by CDIC has continued to innovate on the basis of inheritance, closely integrate colorful thematic classroom teaching and various forms of extracurricular outreach activities, and integrate diversified international cultural knowledge with various art forms. Activities such as party history sitcoms, international dances, songs, and keynote speeches are novel in design and brilliant in content, which greatly improves students' English communication skills and teamwork skills.

Wang Hainian, secretary of the Party Branch and Dean of CDIC, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony. He pointed out that the immersive English summer camp is a regular and characteristic brand activity that the college strives to build. This English summer camp has overcome the obstacles of the global epidemic, and on the basis of summarizing the previous successful experience, the college has achieved a new breakthrough. In the summer camp, the students actively participated in English communication and learning, and truly realized the goal of learning by playing of interest teaching. He hoped that the students would cherish friendship and continuously improve their English expression skills and broaden their global perspective.

Li Yuanchun, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Yang Guanghui, the special consultant of CDIC, presented awards to outstanding volunteers. Li Yang, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, Qiu Zhaowen, deputy dean of the College of Automobile, Yao Yiliang, deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Dean of CDIC, and Bai Qiang, Deputy Dean of CDIC, jointly presented awards to outstanding students.

After the commendation ceremony, the representative of foreign teachers, Dominick Principe, and the student representative, Zou Changjun, spoke separately. In the melodious sound of the pipa, student Luo Yuwen presented the calligraphy work Friendship Evergreen, wishing the friendship between teachers and students established during the summer camp will last forever. The representative of the foreign teachers expressed his gratitude in Chinese and won thunderous applause from the audience.

With the passionate opening dance, the report performance officially began. The students and international volunteers conveyed the enthusiasm of youth with the exciting dance steps, which made the audience ignite the blood of youth.

When the sonorous drums, the rhythmic electric guitar sound and the crisp and sweet piano sound collided with each other, the youthful demeanor was fully displayed in the singing of the lead singer. The band used a song Description to review the vigorous, united and cooperative summer camp life.

This year coincides with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In this special year, the students of CDIC presented an ingenious gift, paying tribute to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party in the form of an English party history melodrama, demonstrating their solid language skills and wonderful expressiveness.

Along with the chorus "Cheap Thrills", all the cast and crew took a group photo with the leaders and guests present. The closing ceremony and presentation performance came to a successful conclusion. All the teachers and students of CDIC will further consolidate their efforts and work together to build the distinctive brand activities of the college and strive to enhance the core competitiveness of international talents, so as to make due contributions to the double first-class construction of the university.
