At noon on May 21, CDIC’s Teacher-Student Liaison Committee meeting for the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Hongyuan Building. Wang Hainian (Dean of CDIC), Yao Yiliang (Deputy Dean of CDIC), Bai Qiang (Deputy Dean of CDIC), the main heads of CDIC’s General Office, Academic Affairs Office and Student Affairs Office, and more than 20 student representatives of all grades participated this meeting. The meeting was presided by Sun Shiqiang, director of the Student Affairs Office.

At the meeting, student representatives spoke in turn, raising various issues that CDIC students were concerned about, involving curriculum settings, teaching operations, student management, and services. CDIC administrations and teachers listened carefully to the questions and made detailed records.

After the question feedback session, Wang Hainian summarized the content of the conference. He pointed out that CDIC and University College Dublin have provided students with high-quality teaching resources and platforms. He hoped that students could make unremitting efforts to continue to make new progress in their studies. In response to the current problems, CDIC will actively coordinate internal and external resources, introduce further work plans, and implement the solutions to various problems. Yao Yiliang and Bai Qiang gave answers on questions related to student management and teaching operation.
The teacher-student liaison committee aims to establish a smooth communication and feedback mechanism for CDIC's teachers and students, understand students' problems in teaching, management, and life, improve CDIC's teaching management level, optimize learning environment, and lay a solid foundation for CDIC’s cultivation of international and high-quality talents.
