On the morning of October 5th, CDIC held afaculty staff meetingto exchange and summarize the work since the beginning of the semester and make arrangements for the next step’s work. All CDIC members attended the meeting presided by Wang Hainian, dean ofCDIC.

Meeting Scene

The directors of CDIC’s General Office, Educational Administration Office, and Student Affairs Department reported on the summary of recent work and next steps of their respective departments.Specific presentations have been made on the work of college system management, asset management, teaching training, international cooperation matters, student party strengthening and team building,student awards, daily activities, etc. The current management and teaching work of CDIC is progressingsmoothly.

Wang Hainian pointed out that the development of CDIC requires all the faculty and staff to work collaboratively and innovatively. Each department must improve work efficiency, take the initiative to think, plan, and act on the basis of the original work, and continue to work hard to cultivate high-quality international talents for CDIC and make contribution to the building of Double-FirstClass.

Yao Yiliang provided guidance and comments on the work presentations of various departments. He made specific arrangements for the next step’s tasks of variousdepartments.

Bai Qiang once again emphasized the issues of work attitude and workefficiency.

After the meeting, the participants reflected on their own work in combination with the content of the meeting, and carried out in-depth thinking and planning for better teaching and management work, and actively devoted themselves for the development of CDIC.
