On the morning of August 5th, all the faculty, party members and party activists of the CDIC watched the Party flag fluttering • building the red firewall , which is the 7thcourse of the micro-party course on the pandemic in the meeting room on the fifth floor of the Weishuicampus.

This micro-party class was jointly launched by Dalian University of Technology, Chang'an University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Nanchang University, and Communication University of China. It described the touching scenes and experience of the five universities’ teachers and students in the control of the pandemic. This interpreted thateducators and studentsfulfilling their original mission and bravely charging ahead of their homelandunder the leadership of the Party Central Committee with our chairman Xi Jinping. Chen Fengdescribed in the micro-party class about the responsibilities of Chang’an university’s employees, and called on everyoneto:understand the political character from the strong leadership of the Chinese Communist Party; Understand the system advantages of China's power by “concentrating its efforts on major affairs”；Understand the background of China's power from “people first， lifefirst”.

After watching, party members and comrades expressed their thoughts, saying that they would learn from advanced models and fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of party members in the new era. As an educator, wemust adhere to the original aspiration of educate people for the party and cultivate talents for the country and do a good job of education and service. Wang Hainian pointed out in his concluding speech that the victory of the pandemic prevention fully reflects the system advantages of the Party Central Committee's insistence on centralized and unified leadershipanddemonstrate the country’s national spirit and strong comprehensive strength. We should further strengthen the four awareness”, “four confidence, and “two safeguards. In the future work, every faculty member should always strictly demand himself according to the standards of party members, and use practical actions to fulfill the mission of college educators.With the power of everyone, we will successin everything.
