CDIC Held the 2021 Annual Staff Performance Review Conference

On the afternoon of May 30th,CDIC held the 2021 annual staff performance appraisal conference in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of Hongyuan Teaching Building.Dean Wang Hainian,Deputy Dean Yao Yiliang, Deputy Dean Bai Qiang,all the faculty members and 6 representatives of teachers and students attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yao Yiliang.

At the meeting, Wang Hainian, on behalf of the leadership of the college, fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by all the staff in the past year.He pointed out that this conference is the first annual staff performance assessment reporting activity since the establishment of the college, which is not only an important way to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of staff work, but also an effective platform for departments to enhance understanding and mutual learning.He called on everyone to take this conference as an opportunity to actively investigate problems and find deficiencies, and on this basis, constantly improve the working methods and enhance the work efficiency to help CDIC deepen the comprehensive reform and complete the "14th Five-Year" development plan tasks with high quality.

Yao Yiliang introduced in detail the assessment methods and procedures of the work report, the weight of the assessment score and the determination criteria of the assessment order to the judges and all the staff.He emphasized that it is necessary to give full play to the guiding and motivating role of performance appraisal in promoting the construction and development of the educational cause of the college and stimulating the striving force of the faculty and staff, to continuously gather the active initiative and creativity of the staff and promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the talent team of CDIC.

Subsequently, the faculty and staff of all departments of the college conducted their annual personal report in the order of drawing lots, focusing on the aspects of "basic work, key work, summary and reflection, and future outlook", and each person's speaking time was strictly controlled within 6 minutes. The participating judges evaluated and scored each faculty member based on their comprehensive performance in "morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity" and on-site reports.

After the report, the assessment leading group of the college recovered the score sheet on site, which fully guaranteed the fairness and justice of the annual performance assessment.
