On November 26, the Forum of "High-quality International Education Exchange and Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Development" was successfully held at Beijing University of Technology.This online forum aims to actively promote international educational exchanges and the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and cultivate a large number of innovative composite talents with global vision, national feelings and ability to participate in international competition and cooperation for the process of Chinese modernization.Professor Fan Wen, Vice President of Chang 'an University, was invited to preside over the parallel sub-forum of "Talent Training and Quality Assurance in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education". Professor Wang Hainian,Dean of CDIC, was invited to deliver a special report of "Exploration and Practice of 'Five-dimension Integrated' International Talent Training System for Highway Transportation". All faculty members of the college participated in the forum online.

The Forum was attended by 105 participants, including government departments, the Irish Embassy in China, Chinese and foreign universities, education and news media.Itconsists of 7 keynote reports and 19 special reports, covering international educational exchanges of universities, opportunities and challenges facing education internationalization in the new era, training of high-quality international talents, exploration of policies, development concepts and practices of Sino-foreign cooperative education, quality assurance, operation and management of Sino-foreign cooperative education,foreign language teaching mode in Sino-foreign cooperative educationand international education environment.The participants made in-depth discussions on hot issues concerning Sino-foreign cooperative education.
