CDIC Held the 2022 Annual Staff Performance Appraisal Conference

On the morning of March 28, CDIC held the 2022 annual staff performance appraisal conference in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of Hongyuan Teaching Building. Dean Wang Hainian, Secretary Zhao Liang, Deputy Dean Yao Yiliang, Deputy Dean Bai Qiang, all the faculty members and 11 representatives of teachers and students attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yao Yiliang.

At the meeting, Wang Hainian, on behalf of the leadership team of CDIC, highly recognized the spirit of all faculty and staff in closely focusing on the key work of the college in the past year. He pointed out that the college adheres to the guidance of performance incentive and system management, constantly optimizes and improves the "Performance Appraisal Management Measures", and strives to solidly promote the annual performance appraisal of all faculty and staff. The assessment is not only an important measure to comprehensively consider the work results of faculty and staff of various departments in the past year, but also an important platform for various departments to enhance mutual work understanding and exchange useful experience from each other. He called on everyone to take this conference as an opportunity to objectively summarize achievements, face existing problems, plan work scientifically, continuously improve working methods and work results, contribute strength to the deepening of comprehensive reform and high-quality completion of the tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan", and actively promote the connotative development of the college and the construction of the "Double First-class" of the university.

Yao Yiliang gave a detailed introduction to the participants of the assessment methods and procedures, score weight and grading criteria. He stressed that the judges should evaluate and score with an objective and fair attitude, give full play to the purpose of "highlighting achievements, finding gaps, comparing energy and promoting thinking" in the performance assessment to effectively stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of staff members.

Afterwards, the faculty and staff of all departments of the college came to the stage in accordance with the drawing order, and carried out the personal annual report in the aspects of "basic work, key work, summary and reflection, and future outlook". The participating judges evaluated and scored according to the comprehensive performance of the reporting departments and individuals and the on-site report.

After the report, the assessment leading group of the college collected the score sheet for statistics to fully guarantee the fairness and justice of the performance assessment.
