Shang Changchun pointed out that Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important strategic support for expanding the opening of education to the outside world and a booster for a new round of higher education competition and development. All institutions should deeply understand that the opening of education to the outside world is a key starting point for universities to break through the bottleneck of development. As Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institutions, they should make concerted efforts to gather and integrate resources from all sides, clarify development ideas and implementation paths, solidly promote education and teaching reform, and contribute wisdom and strength to China-Ireland education cooperation with practical actions.
