Affected by the pandemic, international teachers are restricted in entry and exit. This semester, the courses undertaken by the University College Dublin at CDIC adopt the combination of online recording, live broadcasting and offline tutoring andseminars.
During the summer vacation, the university completed the upgrade and reconstruction of the infrastructure in the fourth floor of the Hongyuan Building. CDIC united the Infrastructure Department and the Information Network Department to plan and arrange in advancetoequipped some classrooms on the fourth floor with online interactive teaching equipment and added the network bandwidth, whichhas laid the foundation for the smooth development of online live teaching of international courses for Sino-Foreign Cooperationeducation.

Since thestart of the semester, in order to ensure the quality of teaching and reduce the negative impact brought by the pandemic, CDIC has started online teaching of international courses at University College Dublin, such as Transport City Planning and Environmental Policy, Design 1 and Environment Eng Fundamentals. Equipped with young teachers of relevant major with overseas study background as course assistants, they are responsible for communicating and coordinating international teachers, implementing course teaching content, organizing students to conduct live course learning in interactive high-speed network classrooms, and after-school homework guidance and group discussions. This has greatly reduced the impact of the pandemic and ensured the quality of teaching. At the same time, it has promoted the communication and exchanges between the young teachers of CDIC and the teachers of the University College Dublin, effectively improving CDIC's teachersinternationalizedteachinglevel.
